Lucky Life
The director of festival hit “Munyurangabo” returns with an intimate story which follows a group of friends who take a trip to the beach to encourage Jason, who recently was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Some time later, as Mark (Daniel O’Keefe) and Karen (Megan McKenna) plan to have a child, the beach trip lingers as a haunting memory in their new phase of life. (Dir. Lee Isaac Chung)
