Marking the directorial debut of Mark Ruffalo, the film follows Dean O’Dwyer (Christopher Thornton), also known as “Delicious D,” an up-and-coming DJ on the underground music scene in L.A. who after suffering a motorcycle accident leaving him paralyzed his abandoned his career for skid row. There he meets Father Joe Roselli (Mark Ruffalo) who introduces him to the world of faith-healing. Dean soon discovers that he possesses the power to heal people, which leads him back into the music world as the key figure of a hot new band, but in an odd twist of fate, he is utterly unable to heal himself.
